Finally Made It!

After a struggle of nearly biblical proportions we finally made it to Indiana. We weathered major surgery, multiple tornado spawning storms in both Missouri and Indiana, and record flooding in Indiana. It is never good when you wake up in a hotel room, flip on the TV, and see what remains of the city that you are moving to on CNN. Soon after the movers called and said that the entire town was underwater and they were worried that they wouldn't be able to deliver all of our belongings on Monday. Fortunately our new home was high and dry and the toughest part we faced from the flood was finding a route to our home with nearly every road closed due to high water. Someone also suggested that we might bring the locusts or plague with us to Indiana - well the cicada's are taking over in Kentucky as we speak so be careful what you joke about!

Now we are living in a house of cardboard boxes. Slowly but surely progress is being made but it seems as if the full boxes multiply every time we leave the room. These boxes are rival only by rabbits in their ability to procreate... Now we are dreaming of the day when we might see the floor and walls of our garage.
